Jewelry Care

Sterling Silver will naturally tarnish. This is easily remedied by rubbing a silver polishing cloth over the surface, a good cloth removes tarnish almost instantly. I do not recommend and warn against using liquid jewelry cleaner. This can easily damage softer stones like our Michigan treasures. Whatever method you choose, remember to rinse afterwards in room temperature water with very gentle/mild soap. Dry well with a soft cloth and store away from sunlight, air, and moisture to slow the natural tarnishing process. 

 

Re-polishing and cleaning is available for a fee upon request. The cost will vary depending of the level of complexity in the work. Please email me at CLmetalsmith@gmail.com or leave a message with me by using the questions and help pop up bar at the bottom of your screen. 

Shipping

I refer to USPS for shipping time descriptions, shipping delays may arise in transit. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Upgraded shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Current shipping methods may be slightly slower than usual due to the Covid19 pandemic.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International buyers are responsible for any and all import fees/duties/taxes.

Store Policies

Returns may be processed for Store Credit only

and are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Custom items are non-returnable and do not quality for discounts.

  • Items damaged even in transit will be rejected. 

  • You must contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your item.

  • You must place the item in the mail in original condition and with all original packaging within 14 days of the receipt of your item.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If ALL of these conditions are met you will receive a Store Credit for the full purchase price of your item. Redeemable online via code or in person. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded/credited.

  • If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to me as soon as possible. We will work together to create a mutually agreeable outcome.
